How does ordering work?

1. Shop: Browse our exciting offerings and add what catches your eye into your cart 

2. Checkout: Purchase the items in your cart and select your desired delivery date. Kindly allow a few days for us to prepare your order with care 

3. Enjoy: Have your orders delivered to your doorstep and cook up a storm!  

What if I have issues with my order?

Return / Exchanges / Returns: Due to the nature of our business involving perishable goods and food items, we have a stringent protocol in place for handling our products. Consequently, we are unable to facilitate exchanges, returns, or refunds unless the product arrives damaged and is immediately rejected during delivery. Damaged products will be replaced as soon as possible with the the next scheduled delivery to your area.

Stock Issues: In the event of us having difficulties fulfilling your orders due to stock issues, we will reach out to you to resolve it (E.g. via appropriate substitutions accepted by you, by refunds where applicable)

What payment types can I use?

We accept secure payments via Credit Card, Debit Card and other similar reputable channels. Kindly select your preferred payment option during checkout.

Why do I have to register an account? 

To service you better (including providing order updates, delivery reminders and exclusive offers), we require users to register an account. To make this as convenient as possible, we have enabled registration via popular platforms like Gmail and Facebook.

Where do you deliver to?  

We deliver islandwide in Singapore 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday)

What are the delivery charges?

Orders over $100 will enjoy free shipping. For orders under $100, a delivery charge of $15 will apply.

Each order can only be delivered to one delivery address in Singapore. You will have to make multiple orders for different delivery addresses.

What is your lead time between order and delivery? 

To ensure your order is prepared up to standard, we require minimally 2 working days after the order date to deliver the product (subject to daily order cut-off times detailed below and excluding Sundays or public holidays). You may also select a later available delivery date.

Daily order cut-off times: 

  • Mon-Fri: 3pm 
  • Sat: 12pm 
  • Sun and PHs: Closed (No orders accepted or processed) 

Illustrative scenarios

  • Scenario 1: For orders placed before 3pm on Monday, your order will be delivered on Wednesday if there are no public holidays (PHs) in between.
  • Scenario 2: For orders placed after 3pm on Monday, your order will be delivered on Thursday if there are no PHs in between 
  • Scenario 3: For orders placed before 12pm on Saturday, your order will be delivered on Tuesday if there are no PHs in between 
  • Scenario 4: For orders placed after 12pm on Saturday, your order will be delivered on Wednesday if there are no PHs in between 
  • Scenario 5: For orders placed on Sunday or PH, your order will be delivered 3 working days later (e.g. delivery on Wednesday if ordered on Sunday and no PH in between)

What are your delivery timings? 

We deliver Monday to Friday between 10am to 5pm and on Saturdays between 10am to 3pm. No deliveries are completed on Sundays or Public Holidays. We are unable to provide an exact time of delivery and our carriers will not make a call prior to delivery.

What if no one is around to accept the order? 

To ensure optimal quality and food safety, we request that someone is home on the delivery day within the delivery hours. 

Failing that, we can leave the package at the door with your advance request and consent, but we will bear no responsibility for product quality deterioration.  

If not, we will take your products back to our facilities in its frozen state and attempt to arrange a second delivery. Please note that the second delivery will incur an additional $15 fee.

Can I reschedule my delivery?  

Kindly contact us via Whatsapp at (+65) 9248 4857. Please contact us at least 48 hours before delivery date to reschedule deliveries.

Can I cancel my delivery and/or order? 

Kindly contact us via Whatsapp at (+65) 9248 4857. For late cancellations within 48 hours, 50% of total value will be charged. For late cancellations within 24 hours of less, no refunds will be given.

Can I make orders for wholesale or B2B purposes?

Product FAQs

Are your products chilled or frozen?

Our products are mostly delivered frozen to ensure meat quality and food safety unless otherwise stated. Rest assured that the products are frozen using the latest quick-freezing industry technologies to remove quality deterioration. Please refer to the product descriptions which will disclose any exception to this.

Will my orders be the exact weight stated on the website? 

As all orders are processed by hand and due to natural differences in the size of each livestock, there may be slight variances from the weight stated on the website. Rest assured that such differences will be minor and kindly contact us for assistance in the event of huge differences in weight. 

How do I know that my orders will be delivered cold and/or safely? 

All orders are vacuum-packed (or packed with similar sealed-packaging technology) for food safety and delivered either in temperature-controlled trucks or in insulated containers.

Are your products halal certified?

No, we are not currently halal certified as we do process and distribute pork products.

Why do some of my products have labels with the company name Fresh Gourmet printed on it?

Fresh Gourmet is our parent company that helps with our processing and packaging. Rest assured that the team has decades of experience packaging quality products to industry standards for local restaurants and hotels in Singapore. Our end-to-end processes are also compliant with and certified by Singapore Food Agency (SFA) and international food safety (ISO 2000) standards.

How can I be confident this website is legitimate and trust worthy?

We understand consumers concern given increasing cases of online scams posing as ecommerce grocers. Rest assured that our parent company, Fresh Gourmet Pte Ltd, is a legitimate company that has been operating for decades and was listed on ACRA since 1998. Similarly, Home Gourmet B2C Pte Ltd has been operating and listed on ACRA since 2020. This can be easily verified by a quick search on ACRA's website.
