What if I have issues with my order?

Due to the nature of our business involving perishable goods and food items, we have a stringent protocol in place for handling our products. Consequently, we are unable to facilitate exchanges, returns, or refunds unless the product arrives damaged and is immediately rejected during delivery. Damaged products will be replaced as soon as possible with the the next scheduled delivery to your area.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver Islandwide in Singapore, 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday)

What are the delivery charges?

Orders over $100 will enjoy free shipping. For orders under $100, a delivery charge of $15 will apply.

Each order can only be delivered to one delivery address in Singapore. You will have to make multiple orders for different delivery addresses.

What is your lead time from order to delivery?

Order & Delivery Schedules*:

[Mon-Fri] Order Placed After 4pm: Earliest delivery in 3 working days
[Sat] Order Placed Before 11am: Earliest delivery in 2 working days

We have an order-to-delivery lead time as orders are mostly cut-to-order to ensure best product quality. For any clarifications, urgent orders or special request, kindly contact us via Whatsapp at 9128 9603. You may also select a later available delivery date.

Is there a self collection option?

Yes, self-collection at our Pandan Loop (West location) follows similar lead time as delivery orders. For items we have ready stock of, we may be able to assist with faster / same-day collection. We also have two additional HDB Pick Up Point locations in the north and east that generally operates weekday evenings.

What are your delivery timings?

We deliver Monday to Saturday - deliveries are usually between 9.30am to 5pm. No deliveries are completed on Sundays or Public Holidays.

What if no one is around to accept the order?

To ensure optimal quality and food safety, we recommend that someone is home on the delivery day within the delivery hours. Failing that, we can leave the package at the door with your consent.

If not, we will take your products back to our facilities and attempt to arrange a second delivery. Please note that the second delivery will incur an additional $15 fee

Can I reschedule my delivery?

Can I cancel my delivery and/or order?

For late cancellations within 48 hours, 50% of total value will be charged

For late cancellations within 24 hours of less, no refunds will be given

Product FAQs

Are your products chilled or frozen?

We deliver almost all products quick frozen to ensure meat quality and food safety unless otherwise stated. The quick blast freezing process ensures the meat quality and texture is preserved. Please refer to product description for more details.

Will my orders be the exact weight stated on the website?

As all orders are processed by hand and due to natural differences in the size of each livestock, there may be slight variances from the weight stated on the website. Rest assured that such differences will be minor and you are billed based on final delivered weight. Do contact us for assistance in the event of huge differences in weight.

Why are so many of your items on discount?

The original price reflects the true retail value of our goods. However as a direct-to-consumer and online-only butchery, we achieve cost savings (e.g. manpower, rental, no middle-man fees) that we pass on as discounts to our customers. Similar to Costco's business model, we strive to provide quality goods at value prices.

Additionally as part of our partnership with food waste reduction platform Yindii, we earmark limited surplus inventory to clear at a steep (around 50%!) discount to retail prices - while stocks last. This ensures our meats are sold and consumed before their expiration while in prime condition.

How do I know that my orders will be delivered cold and/or safely?

All orders are vacuum-packed for food safety and delivered either in temperature-controlled freezer trucks.
