How does it work?

1. Shop: Browse our exciting offerings and add what catches your eye into your cart 

2. Checkout: Purchase the items in your cart and select your desired delivery date. Kindly allow a few days for us to prepare your order with care

3. Enjoy: Have your orders delivered to your doorstep and cook up a storm!  

What if I have issues with my order? 

Due to the nature of our business involving perishable goods and food items, we have a stringent protocol in place for handling our products. Consequently, we are unable to facilitate exchanges, returns, or refunds unless the product arrives damaged and is immediately rejected during delivery. Damaged products will be replaced as soon as possible with the the next scheduled delivery to your area.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments via secure methods like Credit Card, Debit Card and Paynow. Kindly select your preferred payment option during checkout.

Delivery FAQs

Where do you deliver to?  

We deliver Islandwide in Singapore, 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday)

What are the delivery charges?  

Orders over $100 will enjoy free shipping. For orders under $100, a delivery charge of $15 will apply.

Each order can only be delivered to one delivery address in Singapore. You will have to make multiple orders for different shipping addresses.

What is your lead time from order to delivery?

Order & Delivery Schedules*:

  1. [Mon-Fri] Order Placed Before 4pm: Earliest delivery in 2 working days
  2. [Mon-Fri] Order Placed After 4pm: Earliest delivery in 3 working days
  3. [Sat] Order Placed Before 12pm: Earliest delivery in 2 working days
  4. [Sat] Order Placed After 12pm: Earliest delivery in 3 working days
  5. [Sun & Public Holidays]: Earliest delivery in 3 working days

*May require additional days for larger orders (e.g. exceeding 45Kg)

What are your delivery timings?

We deliver Monday to Friday between 10am to 5pm and on Saturdays between 10am to 3pm. No deliveries are completed on Sundays or Public Holidays. Due to varying delivery routes daily, we are unable to provide an exact time of delivery.

What if no one is around to accept the order? 

To ensure optimal quality and food safety, we request that someone is home on the delivery day within the delivery hours. 

Failing that, we can leave the package at the door with your consent, but we will bear no responsibility for product quality deterioration.  

If not, we will take your products back to our facilities and attempt to arrange a second delivery. Please note that the second delivery will incur an additional $15 fee

Can I reschedule my delivery? 

Kindly contact us via Whatsapp at (+65) 9248 4857. Please contact us at least 24 hours before delivery date to reschedule deliveries

Can I cancel my delivery and/or order?

For late cancellations within 48 hours, 50% of total value will be charged 

For late cancellations within 24 hours of less, no refunds will be given 

Product FAQs

Are your products chilled or frozen?

We deliver almost all products blast frozen to ensure meat quality and food safety unless otherwise stated. The quick blast freezing process ensures the meat quality and texture is preserved. Please refer to product description for more details.

Will my orders be the exact weight stated on the website?

As all orders are processed by hand and due to natural differences in the size of each livestock, there may be slight variances from the weight stated on the website. Rest assured that such differences will be minor and you are billed based on final delivered weight. Do contact us for assistance in the event of huge differences in weight.

How do I know that my orders will be delivered cold and/or safely? 

All orders are vacuum-packed (or packed with similar sealed-packaging technology) for food safety and delivered either in temperature-controlled freezer trucks.
