4.5. Payment for orders must be made through the available payment methods on the Website.

4.7 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders that appear to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms and conditions.

However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products.
5. Delivery
5.1 We provide delivery services within Singapore only. Each order can only be delivered to one shipping address in Singapore. You will have to make multiple orders for different shipping addresses. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the Products to the designated delivery address within the agreed timeframe. We are not liable to you or any other person for any failure to meet a stated time for delivery and any such failure does not affect your obligation to pay for the products. 5.2. Delivery may be subject to additional terms and conditions, such as minimum order requirements, delivery fees, and delivery restrictions, which will be clearly communicated during the ordering process or prior to the delivery deadline.
5.3. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address. If you request us to deliver the Products to a third party, or if a person other than you takes possession of the Products at your requested address, that person takes possession of those Products as your agent and you remain liable to pay for the Products under these Terms despite delivery to that third party.
5.4. Risk of loss or damage to the Products passes when we make the Products available to you at your designated delivery address in accordance with these Terms (whether or not you are physically available to receive the delivery).
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. The Website and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and logos, are the property of Home Gourmet and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9.4 In any case, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the products purchased through the Website in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The remaining provisions of these Terms of Service shall remain in full force and effect, unaffected by the illegal or invalid provision.
12.2 Home Gourmet shall not be liable or deemed to be in default for any delay or failure in performance under these Terms of Service due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to accidents, acts of God, war, epidemics, government regulations, strikes, shortages of labor or materials, or disruptions of transportation and communication services.
12.3 No failure, delay, relaxation, or indulgence by Home Gourmet in exercising any power or right conferred upon it in these Terms of Service shall operate as a waiver of such power or right. Each exercise of a power or right shall be independent and not preclude any future exercise thereof or the exercise of any other power or right under these Terms of Service.
13. Entire Agreement
13.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Home Gourmet regarding your use of the Website and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
