Trimmed from the short plate (i.e. beef belly), Karubi is known for it's rich marbling and melt-in-your mouth tenderness. Delicately sliced to shabu thickness of 1.8-2mm, our Karubi shabu is suited to a variety of Asian dishes including hotpot, stir frys and soups. 

Note: Items are delivered vacuum packed and quick frozen for food safety reasons. Follow packaging information on best before date when stored frozen. Once thawed, do not refreeze and consume within 3 days.
